Shipping : We gladly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery Estimates :
- Domestic Shipping (United States): 3-4 business days
- International Shipping: 10-20 business days (varies by location)

International Shipping : We ship worldwide! Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes incurred upon arrival.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking : You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Sales Tax and Fees : Elvion & Co. is not responsible for any sales taxes or additional fees applied to your order. Any taxes imposed during or after shipping in accordance with local state laws are the responsibility of the customer
Damages : If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with name and order number. Once we confirm the damage, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please reach out to us at support@elvioncollect.com within 7 days of receiving your order to report any damage.
