Refund policy
- Returns: We want you to love your eyewear. We offer a full refund on glasses returned within 30 days of delivery of purchase. Any returns placed after 30 days since delivery will receive store credit. Please return them in new condition in the original box/case. Be sure to include your name and order number. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Damaged Items: If your glasses arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at support@elvioncollect.com . Be sure to include your name and order number and photos of the damaged item. Once we verify the damage, we will send you a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
